Cali Trip

So right now I am in California visiting my best friend Lindy and her cute little fam. Just to give a little history about Lindy and I, we have been friends since we have been in our Mother's tummies. Our moms where visiting teaching partners(and pregnant with us) and started a friendship for themselves and us that we could have never imagined. To say the least she is more like the sister that I never had and such a wonderful blessing in my life. We are having such a blast together and are kids are too. Lyric and Seth are about 9 months apart and Paxton and Tessa are 5 months apart. Isn't it great that they already have their spouses lined up for them.... We planned it that way too. Any who just wanted to give an up date to the fam back at home and share with them all of the fun that we are having. Sure love ya Wid, thanks for such a fun trip!

Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday we went to the pumpkin patch which is our yearly tradition. This year it was Tessa's first time. Here are my two cute kiddos in the patch.... They kinda look like they are propped up posing for a catalog picture. It was a little warm but we had a lot of fun

The other day we went to the park and it was Tessa's real first time in a swing by herself. I loved this picture because the WARNING is so big.... So I decided to put my own works to it.
WARNING - Future heart breaker, knows how to get her way, has a fierce bite, and may just smell up a room once in awhile....

Last Sunday my brother was over before church and I had him snap a quick picture of my cute kids and I. Tessa's eyes are a little weird, Seth is just so ready to go to nursery already, and I was a little nervous about the lesson I had to teach the YW about Chasity but all and all I loved this pic. My children are the love of my life. I just wanted to express how truly blessed I do feel to be their mother. Some days I feel like I am the worst mother possible and can't wait to get a brake, but other days my heart just want to burst with the amount of graitude and love I have for them. When I was younger my mom would always tell me that I would never know how much she loved me until I had kids of my own. That was so true... I never knew how much you could love until I had my own kids. Sometimes being a mom freaks me out, I am so scared I am going to screw them up for life..... I just have to constantly reassure myself that I am doing the best that I can and everyone makes mistakes.. It helps too when they so easily forget when you loose it and they very quickly forget.(not that I am a monster or anything) Any who just wanted to express how I was feeling tonight. I can't believe these precious angels are mine for life and eternity. I feel so blessed.....

Jacuzzi FUN

Every year my Dad waits for it to get cool enough to fill up his Jacuzzi. Well tonight was finally the night. Of course Seth jumped right in and was lovin the water.

Finally, Tessa got her two front teeth!!! It was a long hard road for her and a little for Mom. So glad that they are hear!!!

Feeling hyper and rather crafty

Tessa's is modeling one of her cute new bowesToday my kids where taking a nap and I feeling kind of hyper and full of energy. So I started cleaning out Tess's room, then I began to pick her outfit out for church tomorrow and I discovered that she didn't have a bow to match it. So that then quickly turned into be being completely out of control and making her 13 new bowes. See she doesn't have enough hair to put cut little clips in so OF COURSE she MUST have a bow on. The other sad thing is that I had all of this crap around the house to make them. I think I need help..... I am actually thinking about selling them. My sister in law KK is trying to talk me into it. She is a Ebay fan and I can honestly say I have never done it. So what do you think? Is it worth my time and money?

Zoo Times

So the other day a couple of ladies in my ward invited us to attend the Zoo with them. Seth had a blast with his friends and Tessa was an angel like always. One advice to those who live in AZ- Don't go to the Zoo until it's at least 75 degrees outside. To say the least it was a little hot 98 degrees to be exact and there where A LOT of hills for mom to push the double stroller up. All and all we had fun and Seth loved seeing all of his favorite animals.

Trying to keep the kids busy during Conference

I just had to try the Black and White... She is so cute I can hardly stand it!!! This weekend was conference weekend and if you are like me I love it but at the same time it hard to keep my attentions. I definitely have my favs but I definitely was finding other way to keep my kids busy(and me).

So we decided to try Decoupage pumpkins... I highly discourage it if you freak out about messes. I just had to look away and remember that we where making memories. Seth had so much fun.

Ok, for all of you the are reading my Potty Training Diaries... This is what I have to deal with. I was in the kitchen and I looked out the window to the back yard and look what I found. Sorry for the nudity but I just had to post it.
I know that this picture is really light but I just wanted to document how horrible teething must be for kids. Tessa's gums have been swollen like this for weeks. Every morning I hope and pray that her teeth have come in but NOPE, still waiting. I feel so bad for her. She is running a fever about every other day and she seems so irritated. Poor girl.
