My wonderful Birthday!!

I know, I know I haven't blogged in over a month but I am doing it now. I am going to start blogging where I think I left off and I think it was around my birthday. My sweet sweet husband decided to give me the best birthday present ever.... 24 hour break from my kiddos (who I love very much) Thanks to my parents who watch our kids we where off to have some much needed RNR. We found this really good resort in north AZ and just had a blast. We went out to dinner without kids, we went to the movies without the kids, we went shopping and more shopping with out the kids, and we went out to breakfast without the kiddos. Sorry can you tell that I needed a break. Here I am with all my bags of goodies... I just love to shop.. It can be a problem :)

Biggest Loser!!

My husband and I decided that we both wanted to lose some weight before our summer's vacations that we have planned. So knowing both of our personalities we realized to achieve our goal we would need a little competition in order to say motivated and lose our goal weight. Couple of times last year we and a group involving our family and friends all got together and joined our own BIGGEST LOSER contest. It was very successful and we all felt a little better about ourselves. The rules are that we all put in 100 dollars in the beginning of the eight week contest. If we lose 10% of our weight we will get 50 dollars of our 100 back and the rest of the money will go to THE BIGGEST LOSER!! Our weight is calculated by percentage of our weight so it is fair for everyone. Well fair if you don't consider that MEN lose weight faster and have a slight advantage over us women in the competition. You can't take pills or any kind of weight lose supliments.There are about 12 people in the competition and it ends on June 1st. In last years contest my husband Spencer won one and I won the other. Take it that I had just had a baby but it seemed to work to my advantage.I am really excited to lose some weight and feel motivated to do so. Right now I am completely starving and my stomach is growling at me. I have worked my butt off at the gym the last couple of days and am feeling quite fatigue at the moment. If I can make it through this week I will be just fine. Stay tuned for update...... Let the Biggest loser win!! Bring it on ......

Easter

We had a great and crazy Easter Sunday.... We woke up and the kiddos enjoyed there Easter baskets and then went quickly on our way to church. After church we headed to my parent house for dinner around the corner from there house the reception house my in law family works at t had a Easter egg hunt for all of the kids in the neighborhood. The kids had a blast and we got some pretty cute pictures out of it. After dinner at my parent house, which was delicious we went to our second Easter meal at Spencer's family house. We had a great day and are so grateful for the opportunity to reflect on how much our Savior has done for each one of us.Two very cute kiddos... Seth was mad that I made him wear a pink shirt.. he he he

T-Ball

Seth has started T-ball. He is really good at it but it not really sure if he like it too much. He loves to hit the ball and run the bases but when it comes to fielding he is pretty bored with it all. We keep encouraging him and promise him a trip to the closes QT if he plays and stay out in the field. It seem to be working but we will see how his first game goes..Good job Sethers!

Seth turned FOUR!!

So you are going to think that I went way over board for my sons birthday and rented him a limo...When in fact my sister in law and mother in law work at a reception house and have a limo on hand. Seth had in formed us all that he wanted to go to Peper (peter) Piper Pizza in the big car (limo) at Hope's work (sister in law). So because Hope is a great aunt she made it happen.

We had Pizza and cupcakes and finally Seth got to open his presents. I think every gift was something Go Diego, Go. It turns out there is a lot of Diego things out there because everyone got him something different.. Thank you everyoneAbout to blow out his candle...

At the end of that night Seth had had a pretty good day. Here he is in his new tent with all of his Diego toys inside watching his new Diego movie!! I love you Seth and am so blessed to have a son like you. Thanks for being such a good boy... love Mommy

In the beginning of March my best friend Lindy came over for a visit with her two adorable kiddos. Lindy and I have been friends since our mom's have been pregnant with us. She is more a sister to me then a friend. We had so much fun together and I am so glad to came to AZ to visit

Lindy and I treated ourselves to a pedicure one day when my sister in-law was kind enough to watch all of our kids. I about died when Lindy told me that she had never had a pedicure before.. We had so much fun and a very relaxing time. Thanks Lindy for coming I sure love you and miss you tons!! My turn next..

Power Blog

Ok, I am behind in blogging yet again!! So this is going to be a MAJOR Power Blog so bear with me.....
This was Seth's first time doing his first Valentine's Day card for his class. He had so much fun and got so much candy.... As you can tell Seth loves Go Diego, Go!!
We also got to experience with a lot sickness in our house. We where told that Seth might have Asthma and had him doing breathing treatments and oral steroids.... When in fact if his doctor would have just listen to his mother and gave him a antibiotic we could of avoided months of sickness and medication. My poor little guy!! I finally had to go to a different doctor to get him on the proper medication and he was soon feeling back to his happy self. He still might have a touch of Asthma but we are just going to have to wait it out

Tessa Turned ONE!!

On January the 30th my sweet baby girl turned one!! I still can't believe it. It feel like just yesterday she was a newborn again. Tessa is such a blessing in our lives. She came at quite a stressful time in our lives but she made me realize what a blessing life really can be. She never fussed, sleeped though the night at 6 weeks old, and just was and still is always happy and content with what is going on. At one she is
1. Almost walking, she can stand all by herself and is just ready to hit the road but is still a little unsure about the hole thing
2. Has 6 teeth and very soon will have some more
3. Says Momma, Daddy, Hi, Hey, Seth (believe it or not) and babba (bottle)
4. Loves to play with her older brother in his room
5. Sleeps about a 7 hour streach and then wants a comfort bottle to go back to sleep.
6. Makes a lot of funny faces and is full of personality.
7. LOVES to dance to Justin Timberlake in Mommies car.
8. Still sucks her thumb and loves her silky blanket.
9 . Not much hair still but Mommy is wishful thinking.
10. Her favorite game is peeka boo under the covers. She could play that all day long

Sure love you Tessa Bear!!!! Thanks for being such a light in all of our lives!!!

January - Very busy month!!

So I think what I need to do to keep up with my blogging is do what I call POWER BLOGGING about once a month. This seem a little easier to me then doing it every other day.

As we all know January seem so be crazy for all, due to the holidays be over and just trying to get back to normal.... Not in my case. I wonder if life will every slow down??? Any who, Around the 13th of January Spencer and I decided to go to Disneyland with out our kids. We just had taken the kids about 3 weeks prior and didn't get to do all the things that we love to do. Not that Disneyland wasn't fun with the kids but we had two extra tickets that we had to use before the 15th and decided that we needed a little brake. Thanks to my wonderful in-laws who took the kiddos we where off to Disneyland like a bunch of little kids on our own. It was so much fun!!! We went on every ride we wanted to TWICE, and just had a blast together. Thanks for the fun trip babe!

Then on the 24th of January my hubby got a little older!!! He turned 29 this year!! I can't believe I married such an old man!! Just kidding. For his Birthday we had went out to lunch and then out to dinner with his family. It was a fun day!! Sure love you babe!! (even if you are old) Thanks for working so hard in every area! xoxoxox

Then on the 26th is was my Sweet Mom's birthday!! She is so warm and loving and the best mom around. We went to Barros for dinner because she wanted all of her grandkids with her and then her and I went and saw a chick flick together. It was a lot of fun. Sure love you too Mom!!
