Such a happening life... Such a big blog!

Well a lot has happened since my last post.. We decided to make BLUE cupcakes in celebration of our new addition to our sweet little family. WE ARE HAVING A BOY! Seth and Spencer say they knew it all a long and Tessa and I are just as thrilled. We are going to name him after my Dad.. So little Scotty is on his way. Plus Tessa says Scotty soo cute! June will be here before we know it.

This next picture is per request of my Mom who lives in Cali and hasn't seen my belly in awhile, and my best friend Lindy who is due the same time I am but with a little girl. So see.. my belly is too getting bigger!

Tessa was so excited to celebrate her third birthday with all of her friends and family. We had a FABULOUS tea party! Everyone wore their best tea party hats! It was so dang cute! Can't believe my baby is three.

Opening her now new favorite toy/pillow. Her very own Pillow Pet! Anytime she is having some down time she runs to get her piggy pillow... she loves it! So glad Mom and Dad had to look ALL over for that thing.

Tessa was the official pouree of the tea (crystal light) She was very proud to do her job and very well at it I might say. We also had little peanut butter and honey sandwiches cut out in flowers, strawberries, pink marshmallows and flower shapes waffler cookies (thx Lissa). All of Tessa's favorite things.

Cheers!!

Happy Birthday Sweet Girl!! We just love your fun, spunky, sassy, sensitive, and caring way. We are so glad you are a part of our family. We love you!!

He FINALLY did it!!

Seth has finally done it... He is officially riding his bike without his training wheels. This event has taken Seth many encouraging pep talks and a lot of bribing his way. So one day we decided it was time. Spencer took his bike to get the tires pumped up and as soon as he saw him getting it our of the car he flipped out. But like good forcing parents we told him we would take him out for ice cream that night if he just tried....
Seth feeling a little confident but wanting his dad not to let go.

It took him one good push and dad only had to help him once down the street. He is so proud of himself and so are we.

Look at this smile.... He did such a good job!! That night while he was going to sleep he couldn't stop talking about his "two wheeler" and he couldn't wait to ride it after school the next day. He also told me that someday he will soon ride a "one wheeler". Good job Seth man!

Christmas Happenings

Well it's been a very fun, crazy month. I thought I would just do one entire post about the month of December rather then several little post. So prepare yourself this is one big post with lots of pictures. Seth Man took this picture of me and it's the only one I could find that was recent of my tummy. Yes I am PREGNANT!! I don't really feel like I have officially announced my pregnancy. We have just kinda told people here and there. Now people are starting to look at me like and thinking to themselves " Is she prego, or just putting on weight?" So yes, number three is on it's way. We are due June 17th and I will be the first one to admit that we are in some what of denial about the entire process. I have felt pretty crummy, tired, and not myself lately. I just entered the second trimester and am starting to feel a little better. I just went to the Doctor today and everything is going really well. We are excited to find out what we are having next appt. Stay tuned for more prego post.
We started the month off with Seth's Music Makers Christmas program. He got to sing " All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth". He was so cute and did such a great job. I just love his toothless smile. Good job Seth!

Well we went to San Fran this year for Christmas to spend it with my family. Its was nice to get away and have a break from the day to day stuff. Tessa and Seth got some funky eyeballs at a really cool vintage candy shop that we went to while we where in Cali. This is Tess being a scary monster... She is so funny. She is always keeping us on our toes.

Seth being a zombie..... Silly boy!

My parents have this AMAZING sandwich shop where they live. I go at least a couple times
when I visit. I have been talking about this place for months to Spencer and he finally got to experience the mouth watering goodness that I love so very much. Guess what?? He loved it too.

One night while we where there we decided to go out and ride some go carts. First of all it was FREEZING but Seth was bound and determined to have some fun. This is me and my Momma Mia waiting for the go card to be over so we could go inside. Fun times

Tessa ready for a ride... my little dare devil.

Seth was not sure at first... but then had a blast.

Then one night we went bowling. Has anyone bowled an entire game with two little kids? It takes FOREVER! Especially when you are prego and haven't had dinner and are about to lose it because because your soooo hungry. Well the kids had a blast and it fun to see them try to bowl a third of their weight.

Spencer spoiled me this year and go me a new pink beach cruiser with a trailer with it. We went to some parks while we where there. I was laughing so hard when I saw is pic because I guess while I was busting my booty halling these kids around, I left my camera in the trailer with the kiddos and there where about 20 of these goofy pictures.

Having fun at the park .

Opening stockings... Santa spoiled these kids

Popeye being silly while opening presents.

A Wii, are you kidding me. Seth was so excited!!

Tessa knows she is so cute...

We had a very fun week with Apple Jul and Popeye. Thank you so much for having us and loving us the way you do. When we got back into town Sunday night we got right back into family fun. Grandpa Tom was having a family reunion. We had many festivities and had a lot of fun. With the family reunion we celebrated Grandpa Tom's 90th birthday. This picture is with Grandpa Tom with all of his grandkids. Isn't he so cute.

The final festivity was at the Landmark for lunch. Grandpa Tom got up to say a few words and make everyone cry. We love you Grandpa and appreciate the wonderful example you are to all of us. Happy Birthday!!

Presenting King Harobed

This post is on behalf of my brother, Dustin and his band... King Harobed. King Harobed consists of high school friends, Brian Boomer, Kris Phillips and of course, Dustin Herron. They grew up together in a Central Californian Town known as Coalinga. They have drawn the majority of their songwriting inspiration from growing up amidst oil fields, vast agricultural landscapes, and an everpresent conflict with a small town mentallity. Upon listening to these 6 songs it is apparent to the listener as to why King Harobed considers themselves to fall under the genre of "Porch Music" They have recently released their first album/demo consisting of 6 original songs. Their album is being sampled and sold on www.cdbaby.com/Artist/KingHarobed. You can also hear the tunes and sample the fun at www.myspace.com/kingharobed and/or www.kingharobed.com. They appreciate your interest and welcome your feedback.

Fun times at the cabin..

These past weekend we decided to go to our families cabin in Prescott. We went with our favorite Ya- Ya, and our friends the Walker clan. We had so much fun and it was nice to get out of the 112 temp, and enjoy the 78 degree weather up north. It was a quick trip but well worth it. We got to enjoy the groom creek park, eat, play games, eat some more, sleep, and oh did I mention eat? I really like to eat...

Tessa and I laying in the lush green grass playing birdie.
What is green grass? It's to hot to grow where we come from..

Then some really nice cowboys asked if the kiddoswanted a lift around the park. This cowboy was so nice, you could tell he was a grandpa. He was asking Tessa where she got her big feet from. Sorry Tess, there from your mom..

Then it was Seth's turn. He jump right up there and had a smile the entire time. He has become very brave lately.. I think he is growing up on us.

Here we are doing our favorite thing. Eating at the Waffle Iron. Mmmmmmmmmm I love me some buckwheat pancakes.

Well what can I say about this picture... I think we might have a problem on our hands. Tessa decided to give Camden one of her famous princess kisses. She is starting young I know. I think I am scared for what is to come in the future with her. Spencer, I'm sorry...

The kiddos with Ya-Ya. We sure love our Ya- Ya, she is the bestest!

I am a little embarrassed of this picture. This is what the back of our car looked like for a quick 24 hour trip. Sad I know!

On the way home. Tessa was a sleep right away, she had way to much fun. Seth, Ya- Ya, Daddy, and I stayed up singing and playing car games with the Walkers. Thanks for a fun weekend guys, and thank you Grandpa Tom for letting us use the worlds best cabin. We love you!

Seth's first day of school...

Seth was SO excited to go to his first day of school. He got right up and got dressed right away. He was a little upset when I told him he couldn't watch cartoons and eat his breakfast but soon got over it. He ate is breakfast so fast while Mommy packed his lunch filled with his favorite things. He said " Mommy don't forget my cantaloupe and grapes ok". Then it was off to school..
We had to take the traditional picture looking so handsome and ready for his first day of Kindergarten. Then with mommy, who did shed just a couple of tears. I can't believe my baby boy is so grown up and ready to be on his own (kind of, not really)

Then with proud daddy...

Walking to school so bravely with lunch box in hand..
(can you see Tessa's face and hair while Spencer is holding her, she was not happy to be up!)
Seth was not quite sure at this point. He probably was wondering what the heck we signed him up for.

In his class room, where he stood by his name proudly. Seth we are so proud of you and are so grateful you are a part of our family. We love you sweet boy. Thanks for being such a good boy!

I miss my honey so...

Right now am in Cali visiting my parents without my hot hubby. I miss you babe....
I miss the way you have so much patients with our kiddos because I am lacking so right now!
I miss the way you always find a way to give me a love pat when every you pass me along the way.
I miss the way you always make sure Seth has his waffles before you leave for work and you always kiss me goodbye.
I miss the way you kiss the back of my neck before we fall a sleep and tell me how much you love and appreciate me.
I miss the way that still after almost 8 years of marriage you STILL think it is ok to use me as a body pillow.
I miss you getting up with Tessa Bear every night and putting her in bed with us.
I miss the phone call I get around eleven or so just to make sure I was able to get my diet coke for the day.
I miss the way you just jump in and give me a brake when I say " I am done with these kids"
I miss rubbing your buzzed head because it tickles my hand.
I miss your kind blue eyes..
I miss you babe, obviously I am not complete without you. Thank you for working so hard so we can come and play. Your the perfect one for me... I love you and WE MISS YOU LIKE CRAZY!!

Blog Blocked

I am sorry to all of my followers that I have been really lame in the blogging department. One of my sweet Aunts told me it's because I am living my life, I think I am living my life a little to the extreme right now. I think that I am so stressed out about certain things that are happening in my life and are feel so blessed on the other hand that I just don't know where to start with a post. So many wonderful things have happend, like my sweet baby boy turning the big FIVE, my brother Dustin got married, we took a fun spontaneous trip to Disneyland, Seth starting t-ball, and just enjoying all that life brings. I just feel a little guilty about not documenting these stepping stones. I think stress plays a much bigger role in my life then I know. Spence lost his job two months ago, my parents moved away, my sweet Nany is very sick with cancer, I am learning how to joggle and new position at TWH and be a good mother and wife, YW leader, and Spencer is applying to law schools this fall semester. What to do! So I think I just need to not feel guilty about not blogging and just take life one step at a time. Sorry to my followers, I promise I will be back soon!
